Every non-electric alternative-fuel station in the US and Canada, from the official DOE/NREL Alternative Fuels Data Center: 14,070 stations across seven fuels — E85 ethanol (5,098), propane/LPG (3,691), biodiesel B20+ (2,304), compressed natural gas (1,512), renewable diesel R20+ (1,255), hydrogen (105) and LNG (105). Each station carries name, full address, coordinates, phone, access (public/private) and hours, payment cards accepted, facility and owner type, operational status (available/planned/temporarily down) and fuel-specific details — CNG fill pressures, hydrogen 350/700-bar standards and retail status, E85 blender-pump availability, biodiesel blend levels. Search by fuel, state, city, ZIP or name; roll up counts per fuel or per state; find stations near a coordinate with the radius endpoint (distance-sorted, km). Data refreshes daily from the AFDC change feed. The perfect companion to our EV Chargers API, which covers the electric side of the same federal database. Built for fleet routing, fuel-finder apps, alt-fuel vehicle tooling and infrastructure analytics. Self-hosted dataset — no third-party calls at request time.
