A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, NS, TXT, SOA, SRV, CAA and PTR, resolved through Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver.

What is RDAP and why not classic WHOIS?

RDAP is the registries' modern, structured replacement for port-43 WHOIS. It returns JSON with registrar, status codes, nameservers, DNSSEC flag and creation, update and expiry dates, which the API passes through cleanly.

Yes. Each call performs one live DNS or RDAP query, so you see the current records and registration state rather than a cached copy.

Will it show the registrant's name and address?

Only where the registry or registrar publishes them. Since GDPR most registrant contact details are redacted at the source, and the API returns what the registry returns.

What does a call cost?

10 tokens per lookup, because each one is a live outbound query. The free plan covers 50 lookups a month.
